I have a 2000 plymouth neon..I want to trade it in.?

I would not trade it in unless you fix it first. If you fix it up nice, you might get a good price for it. But if you do not want to fix it, I wouldn't trade it, just put it out in your yard with a For Sale sign on it and wait for someone to come. Some people really like to buy old pieces of crap that were once awesome so they can fix it up themselves.
