Is this a VINTAGE guitar?

Fender is really known for its electric guitars, basically the Stratocaster, Telecastor and in some circles the Jaguar, and then there Precision Bass, there Acoustics are lackluster at best, that one was made in Japan and is about right on the price, nothing special, The term vintage can apply to anything, even a cheap Asian built guitar if its old enough, now the fact its an old Asian built guitar would make me pass on the deal.
