What do i have to do to get my driver's license?

i got a ticket for no license about a year ago when i got into a fender bender on my way to work, oops!! and i wanted to now what is it that i have to do to get my license, if i have to pay a fine, do i have to take a course and is the ticket going to effect me getting my license. im turning 18 soon and i want to now what i need to do
